The Medina Art Foundation exists to empower artists by providing access to the resources, opportunities, mentorship, and creative community needed to build sustainable and meaningful artistic careers.
We believe that creativity has the power to transform lives, strengthen communities, and inspire cultural connection. Through scholarships, artist relief funding, residency opportunities, mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and community-centered arts programming, we work to remove barriers that prevent artists from fully pursuing their creative potential.
Our mission is to create pathways for artists at every stage of their journey—offering support, space, education, and encouragement so they can bring their ideas to life, contribute to the cultural landscape, and thrive both creatively and professionally.

ARTIST RELIEF FUND
Artists often create without the safety nets available in traditional careers. The Artist Relief Fund provides emergency financial assistance to artists facing unexpected hardships, including medical emergencies, housing instability, family crises, and other life challenges. When artists are supported through difficult seasons, they are able to continue creating, healing, and contributing to the communities around them. Because no artist should have to choose between their wellbeing and their work.
ARTIST SCHOLARSHIP FUND
We believe artistic potential should never be limited by financial circumstances.
The Artist Scholarship Fund provides artists with access to education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities that help them build sustainable creative careers through Medina art institute.

ARTIST RESIDENCY FUND
The Artist Residency Fund provides sponsored studio space and membership access to working artists who may not otherwise have the resources to maintain a dedicated creative environment.
Recipients receive access to Medina Art Studios, professional resources, exhibition opportunities, and a community of fellow artists committed to growth and collaboration.
By providing space to create, we help artists develop their practice, share their work, and build sustainable creative careers.
FUTURE CREATORS FUND
The Emerging Artist Mentorship Fund connects young artists from local school districts with professional working artists at Medina Art Studios.
Through mentorship, studio visits, hands-on learning, and creative guidance, students gain real-world insight into what it means to pursue a life in the arts.
Participants are encouraged to create work of their own, culminating in opportunities to exhibit and share their creativity with the community.
