Looking for a refined, creative environment to host your next meeting, shoot, or event? The Lounge at Medina Art Studios is available for private rental— offering a flexible, art-filled setting designed to elevate both intimate gatherings and larger experiences. The space features a conference table seating up to 6 guests, ideal for team meetings, client presentations, or collaborative sessions. For larger gatherings, the lounge can accommodate events of up to 50 guests, with foldable tables and stools available to support your setup. Whether you're hosting a workshop, content shoot, brand activation, or private event, the space adapts to your vision while maintaining the warmth and inspiration of an artist-led environment. Our hourly rates are $75 for meetings & production and $110 for events, with pricing reflective of the scope and experience of your gathering. Extended bookings are welcome. Larger events may require additional room accommodations, which can be arranged upon request. A security deposit may be required for large-scale events. Each booking reserves the studio for 2 hours at our hourly rate of $75/hour. Any additional fees will be applied after your booking request has been reviewed and approved.
